Ingredients:
• 5 big Prawns
• ½ tbsp Maida
• ½ tbsp Corn Flour
• 1 Egg (beaten)
• ¼ tsp Chilly Powder
• ½ tsp Pepper Powder
• ½ tbsp Tomato Sauce
• ½ cup broken Vermicelli
• A pinch of Aginomoto
• ¼ tsp Sugar
• Oil (for frying)
• Salt (to taste)
How to make Sweet and Sour Prawns:
• Mix together maida, cornflour, egg, chilly powder, pepper powder, tomato sauce, sugar, and salt.
• Add little water and mix to make a fine paste.
• Stir in ajinomoto and stir well.
• Dip each prawn into the paste and then spin into vermicelli.
• Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns in batches, until golden brown.
• Serve hot.
