stuffed brinjal


Ingredients:

Small sized brinjals-10
Besan
salt
chillipowder

Process:

mix besan salt and chillipowder with little bit of oil and make it into a paste

now split brinnjal from 4 sides and stuff the above mixture

Put oil in a pan and cook until the brinjals become tender

It goes good with rice, biriyani, roti.
