Lassi


Ingredients:

2 cup low-fat/non-fat yogurt(curd)
2 cup crushed ice
2 tbls. sugar
24 Raisins(kismis)
6 whole cashew (24 pieces)
1 tbls.shreded coconut


Process:

Blend yogurt along with crushed ice adding sugar to taste. You can see foam on the top.

Pour into 4 glasses and sprinkle on the top with shreded coconut, raisins and cashews pieces. Lassi is ready.



Serve immediately.
