Ingredients:
1 -tspn good oil
3 -cups whole unsalted roasted cashews
1/2 -tspn chillie powder (MASALA KARAM)
1 -tspn salt
Process:
Place a medium-size pan over medium heat.
Add (peanut/olive/gingley)oil and cashews and toss to coat.
Add chillie powder, salt, and pepper and toss until warmed through.
Remove from heat and serve.
can wait for some time to let the cashews absorb the spices.
