KOTTIMEERA PACHADI RECIPE





Ingredients:


2 c coriander leaves, chopped. (dhania patta) 5 red chilies (sabut laal mirch) ¼ tsp asafetida (hing) Medium sized ball of tamarind, free of seeds (imli) 1 tsp oil 2 tsp urad dal 1 tsp mustard seeds (rai dana) Salt to taste


How to make kottimeera pachadi:

Heat oil in a pan and add asafetida, urad dal and whole red chilies in it.
Take them out and keep aside once they start spluttering.
In the same oil, fry the mustard seeds and keep them aside separately Now in a mortar and pestle, beat the coriander leaves, tamarind and the fried urad dal mixture. (or grind in a mixie) to this chutney, add salt to your taste and the fried mustard seeds.
Store in a jar and refrigerate.

soya beans pakoda

Ingredients:

soyabeans 1cup

ginger garlic paste 2tsp

chopped onions 1cup

garam masala 1tsp

chilli powder as per taste

salt to taste

oil enough to make deep fry

preparation:

soak the soyabeans for 3 hours before preparing and grind them in mixer not so softly and then add all ingredients to that paste and mix all those and add water as the mix become enough to make pakoda and take a pan pour oil in that and make it become hot and fry the pakoda in oil&serve hotly.

BREAD ROLL RECIPE











Ingredients:




2 Big Potatoes (boiled and mashed)

7-8 Bread Slices

Coriander leaves finely chopped

Green chilies (chopped)

Red Chili powder to taste

1/4th tsp Garam Masala powder

Oil for frying



Preparation:

Add salt, chili powder, gram masala, green chilies and coriander leaves to the mashed potatoes, mix well Take some water in a bowl and dip a bread slice for few seconds. Squeeze the water from the bread by pressing between palms gently. Place a tbsp potato mixture over the damp bread and roll and seal the edges of the bread in such a way that the filling does not come out from any part of the bread. Repeat the same process for making more rolls. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown. Serve bread rolls hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.

STRAWBERRY CUPCAKES RECIPE















Ingredients:



1 3/4 cup All purpose Flour

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Walnuts (chopped)

2 x Egg Whites

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

10 oz pkg frozen sweet Strawberries

If desired Sugar (powdered)


How to make strawberry cupcakes:

In a bowl combine flour, baking soda, sugar and walnuts together.

Beat together egg whites, vanilla and oil in another bowl till well mixed.

Combine strawberries.

Beat in a mixer at slow speed till strawberries are broken somewhat.

Add flour mixture.

Mix slowly till smooth but pieces of strawberries are still visible.

Pour batter into greased muffin tins, filling to half.

Bake at 350 degrees F till they are done, it will take about 30 minutes.

If desired drizzle with powdered sugar.
