Carret Rice


Ingredients:

Carrot - 4 (Medium)

Rice - 400 Grams

Green Chillies (cut into small pieces)

salt (According to taste)

oil - 3 to 4 Table spoons

Red chilli powder-1/2 Teaspoon

Garam Masala - 1/4 Teaspoon

Salt to taste

For Tampering

Mustard Seeds

Cumin

BengalGram

Process:
1. Cook Rice and keep it aside. Let it cool for some time.
2. Grate carrots.
3. Heat pan and put oil add all the ingredients in tampering.
4. Add green chillies fry for few minutes.
5. keep the grated carrot and fry until the raw smell goes.
6. Put red chilly powder,turmeric,salt and garam masala.
7. Mix well with the rice.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
